Maria Eduarda is an ordinary girl living with her mother—who also happens to be her biology teacher at the technical school she attends. When assigned a project to uncover the genetic traits of her past generations, Duda faces a dilemma: her grandparents passed away many years ago. That is, until Caíque, a classmate, reveals a way for her to meet her ancestors face to face. Transported to a distant reality, Duda finds herself caught in the chaos of her own family and burdened with the responsibility of changing the course of their story.
